Position Description            

This position will form a part of the Silver Cloud Solutions Development team and will contribute towards developing and maintaining cloud based .NET applications that is to be integrated along with the mobile devices (Smart Phone/tablets).

Responsibilities    

• Perform key portions of the system development life cycle including coding (frontend and backend), unit testing, documenting, installing and maintaining custom applications in .NET / Apache Flex technologies
• Create custom reports using Microsoft SRS / Crystal Reports.
• Effectively manage himself or herself to meet or exceed established performance goals (i.e., efficiency, utilization, customer satisfaction, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications and Experience                                    

•  Three years of in-depth experience in vb.net / asp.net / c# / Flex
• Working experience in SQL Server (2005/2008 preferred)
• A demonstrated track record of working on projects to success, adhering to timelines and budgets.
• Experience in working with n-tier architecture (UI, Business Logic layer, Data Access layer) along with exposure to Service Oriented Architectures (SOA).
• Experience with related technologies ( MS-SQL Server, SVN/ Source Safe, SRS, Crystal Reports)
• Experience with Adobe / Apache Flex based application development will be an added advantage.

• A strong understanding of object oriented language and development methods
• A strong understanding of structured programming methods and data normalization concepts
• Good knowledge of .Net 3.5/4.0 Framework including Visual Studio 2008, VB.NET, ASP.NET,  ASMX and WCF Web Services and ADO.NET

Position Description  

The Business Analyst is primarily responsible for understanding product/project business requirements, prepares business process flows, analyse and document the requirements in a manner that can be interpreted by technical developers, designers and testers.

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces and user experiences for various web applications
• Design user interfaces and user experience for devices (mobiles, tablets etc)
• Create and maintain responsive / dynamic websites
• Effectively manage himself or herself to meet or exceed established performance goals (i.e., efficiency, utilization, customer satisfaction, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications and Experience                                    

• Three to five years of in-depth experience in Adobe Creative Suite 5.0 and above (including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Dreamweaver etc)

• Experience in developing web user interfaces using HTML5 / CSS

• Experience in building responsive/dynamic website designs and mobile sites

• Experience in creating marketing collaterals, e-brochures, e-magazines etc

• Knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media/digital campaigns, e-commerce tools etc will be an added advantage
